The RoleWe are seeking a highly organised, community-driven individual to take over the day-to-day running of ORII CIC. You will be the operational heartbeat of our organisation, ensuring that our live events, administrative backend, and community initiatives run seamlessly.
This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role perfect for someone who thrives in the grassroots music scene. If you love the energy of live jam sessions but have the operational mindset to manage ticketing, artist coordination, and spreadsheets, this role is for you.
THE ROLEWe are looking for a creative and dialed-in Freelance Video Editor to help us breathe new life into the ORII archive. Over the last 6 years, we’ve built up a massive backlog of incredible live music, jam sessions, and community moments. Your mission is to dive into this archive and chop, edit, and repurpose that footage into fresh, engaging short-form video content tailored for today’s Instagram Reels and TikTok algorithms.
You won’t be managing the accounts or posting the content. Instead, you will act as the content engine, handing your finalised edits over to our Producer, who manages the posting schedule and overall social strategy.
